There’s nothing like the sm...So much excitement yesterday I forgot to mention some good news They came to me worn out from the process and honestly a little unsure if this was ever going to happen for them. This deal had hurdles from the start. The inspection, the numbers, the back-and-forth… and a few moments where the easier route would have been to tell them to walk away. But they weren’t asking for anything extra, just the opportunity to buy a home the right way. So I went to work. Every line mattered. Every call mattered. We negotiated for the repairs, the credits, the timeline, and the protections they deserved, even when it wasn’t popular on the other side of the table. I kept telling them, “Stay with me, we’re not done yet.” The best part wasn’t getting it closed. It was handing them the keys and seeing the weight lift off their shoulders.
